As a professional embedded electronics design engineer I am always working on a range of microprocessor control system products & projects. For the more basic electronic control systems I choose the 8/16 Bit range of micro processors and for the more complex designs I will use the 32 Bit processors offering a feature rich array of on-board peripherals, memory and much higher running speeds.


Above you will see the various stages of an in house project using the latest 32 bit, 100 pin high power micro-controllers ruining at high speed for controlling 240v commercial intelligent lighting systems. These control systems are also fully Ethernet based allowing full webpage control and are interfaced locally via the CAN bus & wireless technology.

R&D Working Area

My R&D working areas are fully equipped with the latest test equipment allowing me to design & debug, fault find and problem solve in most areas of electronics. I regularly use Digital Storage Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers and a host of other test equipment to aid me with the design process. Product development travels through many different stages from the initial concept / idea to final production, I can offer expertise and design knowledge in every stage of a products development from start to finish, including Initial Concept, Schematic Design & Layout, Hardware Prototyping, Firmware & Software, Development & Debugging, Testing & Problem Solving, PCB Layout & Hardware Design, Product & Firmware Support, Product Operation Literature.
